Job summary To be responsible for the collation, collection and inputting of the patient blood monitoring data.
To carry out all administrative duties, in relation to Multiple Sclerosis Disease Modifying Therapies (DMT) Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDT) and ensuring appropriate records are maintained.
To liaise closely with patients prescribed Disease Modifying Treatments (DMT's) - current and future - for MS to quantify accurately compliance to help facilitate accurate, safe and cost effective prescribing.
To contribute to the review of administrative and clerical functions and make recommendations to enhance service provision.

To liaise with Pharmacy and the Homecare Service Provider to help facilitate a smooth medication delivery service and help resolve queries and delivery issues that are raised About us The post holder will be required to use a PC for long periods.

The work is office based, with a considerable amount of telephone activity.
The physical work is light, for example mainly filing into lever arch files.
