As a Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of air conditioning systems at our large commercial site in Newcastle.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and functionality of the site's HVAC systems, responding to planned maintenance as well as reactive service calls.
The Package: Competitive salary between £38,000 - £40,000 per annum Company van and fuel card provided 40-hour working week (with potential for overtime) 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays Opportunities for career progression within a global company Ongoing training and development Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair faults to ensure systems are operating efficiently Take full ownership of statutory F-Gas compliance, including meticulous record-keeping (FG2, FG6, FG7, FG16).
Perform comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC, air handling, air conditioning, chiller, heat pump, and refrigeration systems.
Expertly diagnose and repair faults across diverse AC systems (including Recip, Screw, Split, VRF) using appropriate testing equipment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of work carried out Provide exceptional service to the client, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations Liaise with the Facilities Management team to schedule maintenance activities Qualifications and Experience: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential) F-Gas certification (essential) Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial setting Full UK driving licence (essential) Interested?
