Mike O'Donnell, former London CIV CEO, joins XTP

Mike O'Donnell, former Chief Executive Officer of the London CIV, joins XTP Ltd. as a NED and Senior Advisor.
Mike will support XTP's growth plans in the public pension space in the UK.
For the last four years, Mike was the Chief Executive Officer at London CIV, one of the UK's largest LGPS pooling organisations and the pension pool for the London boroughs and the City of London.
At London CIV, Mike played a major role in successfully transforming and running the organisation in challenging times.
Mike has over 30 years' experience in local government finance and corporate services functions, having spent 13 years at the London Borough of Camden and serving as interim finance director at Birmingham City Council and the London Borough of Newham.
Mike is a former President of the Society of London Treasurers and a former Chair of the London Finance Advisory Committee.
He is also a former NED and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of the London Pension Fund Authority.
