Marketo Lead Consultant Our trusted partner, a leading customer experience consultancy, is hiring a Marketo Lead Consultant to be responsible for the B2B practice who possesses previous hands-on solution experience in CRM Marketo to lead a team of automation specialists and scale up the Marketo CRM Practice.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity where the chosen candidate will act as a project lead, solutions architect, and consultant on a number of large client projects which are integral to our clients' growth.
Our client is offering a basic salary up to £100,000 plus a quarterly bonus and a competitive benefits package to be based near Southwark on a hybrid basis (one to two days per week in offices).

Core Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of CRM Marketing Automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Act as a Consultant Project Lead Solutions Architect on a number of client projects.
Conduct discovery, design, and implementation phases for projects focusing on driving B2B marketing and sales automation excellence.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with the Client Services and Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
Work with the team to implement marketing automation programs and processes, with industry best practices and recommendations.
Key Skill Set: B2B CRM Marketing Automation experience with the ability to integrate solutions using Marketo is a must.
A history in providing B2B marketing strategies, customer journey optimization, and content management is a must.
Previous leadership/consultation experience within the MarTech industry is a must-have.
Experience providing Business Consultancy and/or Technical Consultancy on B2B Marketing Automation projects is a must.
Experience working on technically complex projects involving CRM integrations (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) and/or CDPs is a must-have.
Domain industry experience in agency, consultancy, or digital marketing practice is a nice-to-have.
