Maintenance Service Engineer

Maintenance Service Engineer (BMU) Salary/Rate £35000 - £45000/annum 31 days hols pension and train fare paid Plus overtime Location London Description Maintenance Engineer (BMU crane hoists) Salary 35000 to 40000 (overtime on offer and all tube fares paid for ) London area We are working with a Client looking for an engineer Ideally as an electro-mechanical biased engineer servicing and maintaining a wide range of Building Maintenance Units (BMU) and Construction crane hoists by carrying out PPM on Company equipment.
Traveling in everyday to Central London on the train and tubes mechanically servicing window cleaner hoist mechanical crane arms on top of buildings .
Other duties included fault finding hydraulics and electrical repairs, assisting with inspections and testing requirements (LOLER) and completing electronic paperwork while making sure safety is top priority at all timeson the roof of landmark buildings in London Please only apply if you are ok with heights as all mechanical cranes/hoists are all ontop of the London buildings .
