Maintenance Engineer

Shift Multi-skilled Engineer – Mechanically Biased Hours: Rotational – (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) £35 - £45 Per Hour + Overtime Key Responsibilities: Maintain plant and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with all relevant legislation.
Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and promptly address any non-compliance issues.
Support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) culture and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Carry out repairs and installation of parts and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Support the Electrical team, focusing on reducing downtime of electrical control systems and driving improvements in electrical systems.
Weld (MIG – TIG – ARC) Installation and commissioning of equipment and machinery on-site Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Engineer with City & Guilds or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in service-driven production/process industries.
Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in manufacturing environments.
Full clean UK Driving License.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive and flexible attitude.
