Locum Assistant Principal Lawyer - Planning and RegenerationLondon Local AuthorityLocum ContractHybrid A large and well-established local authority in London is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join them on a locum basis as an Assistant Principal Lawyer of the Planning and Regeneration team.This locum position is expected to be a long-term contract and is an integral role within the team.
With this being a senior level role, hybrid working is required, with office attendance up to 1-2 times a week.
The successful candidate will possess the following:Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive)Extensive planning law experienceManagement experienceExperience working in local government or in a firm that deals with such work (strongly desirable) The locum Assistant Principal Lawyer will support the Principal Lawyer in the running and development of the Planning and Regeneration team, including deputising in the Principal Lawyer's absence where necessary.
