Job DescriptionWe are looking for people to join our team of Live in Care Professionals in Bristol, with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of services to help promote independence in their own home.You will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working in the care sector.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.QualificationsDriver with own car preferable but not essential.Excellent organisational ability and time management skills.The ability to liaise with other professionals involved in the clients care.An innate sense of warmth and friendliness, facilitating positive client relationships.Good communication skills.The right to work in the UK as we are unable to provide sponsorship.Additional InformationWhat we offer our live in carers:Competitive pay rate of £952 per weekFood provided by the clientTwo hour daily break45 pence per mile fuel expenses, when taking the client on any outingPaid annual leaveRewards schemeBlue Light Card annual fee paidPPE providedFull training providedOngoing support from the office, with regular contact and face to face visits from the Live in Care Managers.Stability of a permanent package and working pattern.Employee assistance program.Working as part of a team that feels like family.If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you.
