They are well-known for specialising in group claims and class actions, often handling complex, large-scale commercial cases.

They have been involved in high-profile cases, including claims against large international banks for unlawful transaction fees, and actions on behalf of homeowners.
The firm's work often involves fighting for the rights of consumers, pensioners, shareholders, and victims of financial mis-selling.
They take on projects they believe in, aiming to bring justice to large groups of claimants.
Your new role The firm's team is expanding.
They are seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our dynamic and collaborative group, playing a pivotal role in high-profile cases.
The successful candidate will handle a variety of cases, with an initial focus on our Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) Group Claim, representing over half a million consumers.
This role involves working closely with senior associates, counsel, and partners on this landmark case, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest group claims in UK legal history and a major consumer rights initiative.
You will be part of a small, well-established team of associates and senior associates, supported by a strong team of paralegals.
From the start, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, not only in your casework but also in business development and promoting the firm.

What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years PQE.
Good knowledge of commercial and/or group litigation gained in private practice.
Experience in managing data.
Strong academics (minimum of 2:1).
Excellent research and organisational skills.
An interest in pursuing a career in class actions.
Knowledge of consumer litigation.
