Focus of Work Transactions: 60% Commercial: 40% Job Description This newly created role will see you take the lead on a wide variety of transactions/agreements across the Middle East & Asia Pacific regions.
You will support trading and origination teams with tailored made solutions.
Transaction documentation includes SPA's, Supply, Development and Operational.
You will also work on structuring and design for new products in existing and new markets.
You will also offer hands on support for other topics such as commercial, compliance and project related matters.
Requirements Trained and qualified in a tier 1 law firm Background in Transactional / Project Finance (Development) - Essential Experience in the Middle East / APAC regions - desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
