Justin Law Solicitors is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Secretary/Receptionist to join our fantastic team!
You will welcome every customer whether it be by phone or in person, managing theirs and business expectations efficiently and promptly.
You will be Justin Law Solicitors first point of contact.
Our Secretary/Receptionist work is a full time in office role to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
You will be responsible for: Taking incoming phone-calls Managing post, incoming and outgoing Taking attendance notes and minutes of meetings and calls Managing the fee earner diaries and booking appointments Administrative work on matters.
Reviewing Court orders and diarising key-dates and events Opening files and performing due-diligence checks Raising invoices and costs reports Complying with file-transfer requests Sending and receiving certain routine correspondence Ongoing conversion of remaining physical records to digital Support fee earners with administrative work as the business requires.

You will have Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
A proactive communicator with our team You will under customer requirements and anticipate their needs Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with case management systems.
High level of discretion in handling confidential information Proven experience as a Secretary/Receptionist within a law firm.
This position is ideally suited to a law graduate.
