You will be one of three secretaries in our busy litigation department.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, friendly firm that values work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:· Audio typing· Ensuring all files are organised· Preparing draft court documents for review and approval· Taking telephone calls· Preparing court and counsel bundles / delivery and filing· Managing a key dates diaryPersonal Specification:· Strong attention to detail and accuracy· Excellent organisational skills· Ability to communicate effectively with clients· Legal experience, particularly in litigation, is advantageous but not essential.· Training (by shadowing an experienced litigation secretary) is available.Benefits and Rewards:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.25 days holiday allowance plus bank holidays.Office closure over the Christmas period.Subsidised parking available.
