Legal Secretary

Legal PA Location: St Paul's (London) Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in 2 WFH Salary: up to £40,000, overtime paid.
Role Overview: They are seeking a highly experienced Legal PA to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience working within a similar law firm as a PA support senior partners and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities: Answering and managing phone calls.
Billing.
Managing and organising diaries.
Drafting and preparing correspondence.
Arranging travel itineraries and bookings.
Organising and scheduling client meetings.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a busy law firm.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
