The Role: This role is a junior Consultant role on our London Private Practice desk, which is headed by a number of experienced Consultants with combined experience of many decades in legal recruitment. The Private Practice team is very collegiate and works together very closely.
Depending on your experience, you will join either as a candidate-focused Consultant (with a short-term plan to take on your own clients) or as a '360' Consultant dealing with both candidates and clients.
Key points to be aware of: Competitive salary with excellent commission scheme and career potential.London-based position, in our superbly-located central London office.A 3 days/week in office at start, to be 2 days/week in the office in due course.We are on the PSL of many top 100 law firms and on arrival (and dependent on experience) you'll be given warm candidates and clients to work with.You'll be given a manager who will help plan out your week, offer industry insight and be your 'go to' person in the business. Their purpose is to help you get up and running, become familiar with your clients and develop your recruitment skill set. In addition, you will have the full support and encouragement of the Directors in the team and across the business. We have an 'open doors' policy and encourage questions and discussion.The team and company are very social, and recent events have included away days and team BBQ's. The company also has regular international trips for all staff and previous years have included long weekends in Portugal, Malta and Denmark.The Criteria: We are seeking the following background:
Legal recruitment experience as a consultant or researcher with c.0-3 years' experience, or:A qualified Lawyer with at least six months' PQE.Please note: For this role we are not, at this time, seeking graduates with no recruitment or legally-qualified experience.
