Legal Counsel - Irish Regulated Funds

My Client, a leading asset manager, is seeking a skilled financial services lawyer to join them, either from a practice role or from another inhouse client.

Location: Central London (2-3 days a week in the office) Job Title: Legal Counsel - Irish Regulated Funds Company: CV-Library Contract: Permanent Hours: Full Time Main Responsibilities: Focus on regulatory issues relevant to UCITs and AIFs.
Update prospectuses for new funds, share classes, regulatory updates, changes to investment objectives, and fund closures.
Assess requirements to market and/or distribute funds in different jurisdictions and manage relationships with external counsel.
Put in place agreements and manage relationships with third-party service providers.
Provide general advice on strategic issues when restructuring or merging funds and work on internal working groups.
