Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days a week office based) Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (DOE) plus bonus and benefits We have been exclusively instructed on a new Legal Counsel opportunity with an international entertainment provider based in Central London.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Agreements: Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, including advertising, e-commerce, publishing, and production agreements.
Intellectual Property: Manage IP matters, including trademark and copyright licensing, ensuring protection and compliance.
Data Protection: Provide guidance on general data protection issues, assisting the team in navigating relevant compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile: UK or common law-qualified solicitor with 5 years PQE+.
Solid background in general commercial agreements and intellectual property matters.
Experience in sectors such as media, retail, FMCG, publishing, or technology is highly advantageous.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Benefits: Competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum (DOE), plus excellent benefits and bonus scheme.
