The Role By joining the Law Society's Wales office, you will be able to shape the direction of how we engage with our members across Wales in a supportive environment which celebrates independence and innovation.
You will be the primary liaison between our members in Wales and the Law Society colleagues, with responsibility for promoting awareness of specific Welsh members issues and utilising these to develop the member offer and engagement plans.
This role will allow you to develop relationships with all active law societies, universities and their law societies, junior lawyers, Welsh firms and relevant Welsh stakeholders by attending meetings in order to contribute stories and other content to relevant communications team.
As our Legal Sector Engagement Adviser, no two days will be the same.
This will allow you to draw upon a variety of skills and expertise which will create a significantly positive impact for our members.
What we're looking for You will have demonstrable experience in developing membership engagement campaigns You will have an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders You will have an understanding of the different devolved political environment, processes and institutions Someone with their own vehicle that is legally compliant with MOT, tax and insurance requirements You will be able to attend out of hours events from time to time and happy to travel extensively across Wales to visit stakeholders What's in it for you This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic, supportive team as part of a trusted, progressive membership organisation.

Salary: £29567 - £35655 per annum + 3% flex fund after 3 months + bens.
