Learning & Development Business Partner

We are currently working with our client based in Stoke on Trent to recruit and experienced Learning & Development Business partner to join their established HR & Learning and Development Team.

We are looking for an experienced L&D professional to work proactively with key stakeholders driving the business forward through its people. With strong company values our client is looking for an L&D partner who can work with key stakeholders to define the needs of the business, designing the solution and delivering across a diverse workforce.

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Experienced L&D Professional, with experience of the design and delivery of multiple L&D initiatives
* Partnering with external providers

Costing external training providers

Launching training and development programmes
