We are supporting one of the giants of the UK FMCG scene on the search for a Learning and Development Business Partner. Our client represents some of this biggest brands in our households and this is an opportunity to shape the strategy for developing people.
Salary: £48,000 Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Life Assurance, 25 days holidays Ways of working: 4 days per week on site. Why this role? As the next L&D Business Partner you will work with the Senior HR Business Partner and the leadership of the site to lead change, build skills and capability, engage and motivate staff, develop their talents and improve the potential of staff through learning and development opportunities. This is a hands-on role in a food manufacturing site in Ashford and the role is on-site to support the manufacturing operation by carrying out continuous evaluation of training requirements to look at ways to continually improve the learning and development opportunities and ensure that the needs of the site are met.

This business employs over 4,000 people operating from 13 sites across the country, supplying a range of retail, wholesale, foodservice and other customers with our iconic brands which feature in millions of homes every day.
You.. You will be a proven in the Learning & Development arena, we are not looking for a trainer, we are seeking a candidate who can shape the strategy for the manufacturing site. You will also implement group strategy as well. Ideally you will be in a role where you have experience of manufacturing. Up with the L & D trends, you will super passionate about developing people and improving their knowledge.
