To support their growth, they are seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter for their London office to help build and shape the future of their technical teams.
Role Overview As the Lead Technical Recruiter, you will drive the hiring strategy for critical technical roles across the organization.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to source, attract, and hire top talent while enhancing the company's reputation as an employer of choice in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, cloud architects, DevOps specialists, and data scientists.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, leveraging job boards, professional networks, direct sourcing, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Ensure a seamless and exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance, optimize processes, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top destination for tech talent.
• Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process to ensure scalability and efficiency as the company grows.
Requirements • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing e-commerce or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for complex technical roles, including engineering, cloud, and data science positions.
• Strong understanding of the tech talent market and sourcing strategies across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to improve performance.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 4 days remote per week and occasional office presence in London.
• Right to work in the UK (relocation assistance is not available).
