No.124 By GuestHouse and Pearly Cow Restaurant has now opened their doors as one of the most anticipated openings on the South Coast in 2024.
We're taking pride of place right on the seafront and will be Brighton's newest-boutique-hotel-by-the-sea.
We're now looking to recruit a superstar Kitchen Porter to strengthen our back house team which will enable to us to become the go to foodie destination in Brighton.
The Job As one of our Kitchen Porters, you'll be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean, tidy and in ship shape order ready for a busy service.
You'll be cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment amongst other tasks, all whilst complying to Health & Safety guidelines.

- Able to work a variety of early or late shifts (including weekends) - If you have level 2 food safety, this will be a bonus.
