Our ethos is simple: by providing customers with a safe and decent home, we enable them to realize their potential, enjoy their environment, and contribute to their community.As a Cleaner at Hyde, you will be working within property services to ensure that void properties (empty homes) are cleaned and cleared to a high standard in line with health and safety regulations.Responsibilities:Carry out thorough cleaning of vacant properties, including carpets and basements/lofts.Remove all rubbish, non-approved fittings, and furniture from properties.Clear and maintain gardens, removing debris, litter, scrap metal, and other waste.Dismantle and clear contents from garages and sheds as required.Load and unload commercial vehicles with waste and deliver it to an approved tip.Ensure that all work complies with health and safety guidelines.Skills and Experience Required:Experience in cleaning or clearance work, particularly in property maintenance.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Ability to handle heavy lifting and outdoor work.A valid driving licence is required for this role as you will receive a van & fuel card.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Benefits:A fantastic pensionLife assuranceGreat holidaysAn award-winning flexible benefits packageVolunteering daysHyde operates an agile approach to work, requiring you to be on-site for your role.
