Junior People Partner

What's the role about? As our Head Office People Partner, you will be responsible for providing generalist people support to your assigned business area, working with a wide range of stakeholders and supporting the delivery of the People Plan, alongside our Senior People Partner. This role will work collaboratively with the wider People Team to ensure we deliver 'best in class' operational excellence in our People processes and practices.
As a trusted partner, this role is crucial to the evolution and elevation of our employee experience, unearthing opportunities and driving improvements across all lifecycle stages.
Who you are Experience in Business Partnering within a Head Office function is preferable.Strong employee relations experience and UK employment legislation knowledge.Experience applying HR policies and procedures with exceptional stakeholder management.CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential.Strong organisation skills and a continuous improvement mindset.A curious and credible nature with an eye for detail.Confident, adaptable, and proactive in your approach.Ability to work at pace, a real 'doer' with the energy and drive to make an impact.Excellent communication and listening skills.Strong IT skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.What you'll be doing Partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support in the delivery of our People Plan and advising on a range of ER issues, including restructures and organisational design.Be in the detail of your business area, providing regular reporting and keeping a continuous pulse on all people activities. This includes leaver trends, recruitment activity, people development, ER issues, department objectives, and current challenges.Ensure operational excellence of all cyclical people tasks, such as annual leave administration, Pay Review, Progression Grids upkeep, and our Performance Review process.Review our policy library regularly, ensuring our policies and processes are fit for purpose and right for Reiss and stay ahead of our legal responsibilities surrounding GDPR compliance.Contribute to and lead key projects to support our People Plan, with the aim of continuously improving the experience of working at Reiss.Contribute to the delivery of our Key Activity Planner to help drive employee engagement activity and support in shaping our employee communications, including cultural celebrations.Coaching our People leaders and working with our Learning & Development team to create, deliver, and evaluate training materials and tools to enable the success of our People leaders.What we'll do for you Provide you with a competitive salaryCompany pensionGenerous employee discountCompany bonus schemeHealth & Wellbeing perksPlus moreIf you want to start your story at Reiss as our People Partner, don't miss out - apply now!
