Someone looking to work in an elite setting where you can learn and grow under the wing of 2 amazing EAs who will get you involved in challenging tasks and exciting projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDiary Management (MS Outlook)Organize flights, visas, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.Support the planning and execution of events, such as birthday parties and dinners.Address ad hoc requests from the principal's wider family.Prepare documents and presentations.Serve refreshments and maintain meeting spaces.Order and organize stationery and office consumables.Manage post, couriers, and taxis.
Handle, file, and process invoices.Conduct research and prepare detailed reports.
