You're a UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience of handling contentious soft IP litigation before the IPEC, High Court or Patent Court looking for a move to an established IP firm.

This newly created role will support the Solicitor Partners by acting for a broad range of IP matters across a variety of intellectual property rights, technologies and commercial contexts.
You will work on a varied portfolio of Trade Mark, Design and Copyright cases, as well as IP-related disputes including: Infringement and cancellation proceedings before IPEC and the High Court Oppositions and cancellation proceedings at the UKIPO Dispute resolution Foreign proceedings and liaison with overseas counsel Anti-counterfeiting work Domain name disputes In addition to your LPC qualification, it would be desirable if you have acquired the postgraduate diploma in IP law and Practice (although not essential).
You should possess excellent communication skills, and an innate ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
