Based in London, you'll manage and deliver an extensive marketing and communications plan.

The role involves working closely with senior leaders to cultivate their culture internally and externally.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute communications strategies aligned to employee engagement and culture.
Manage internal communications channels to maximise message impact.
Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to drive employee engagement.
Collaborate with regional communications colleagues for consistent global messaging.
Develop news stories for the intranet to inform and inspire colleagues.
Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team to showcase their employee value proposition.
Collect and analyse data to optimise communication strategies.
Provide communications expertise to the wider Marketing / Consulting teams.
Ideal Candidate: Experience in corporate communications or marketing.
Experience with senior stakeholder and executive relationship management.
Proven ability to drive engagement and develop communication strategies for large, global organisations.
Track record in corporate culture communications and employer branding campaigns.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Strong project management and organisation skills.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues.
Market awareness and understanding of industry trends.
