Interim Head Of People

HR Manager/Head of HR Fixed term 6-9 months c.£80K base salary London 4 days per week in the City, one day at home.
Lots of flexibility around start/finish time.
Working or fluent German language skills essential.
The organisation is small start-up consultancy based in London with a small population in Germany too.
They are backed by a private equity firm and you'd have some exposure to the investment partners; reporting, communications and be able to create HR initiatives to achieve growth targets.
Partnering the CEO and COO, you'd build a fit for purpose, agile HR function.
Priorities are; building policies fit for the jurisdictions, processes and sufficient communications so that employees understand how to access what they need from a comp and bens perspective as well as any relevant policies.
The business is likely to make a small, yet significant acquisition which will require integration as well as setting up 'one company' values and culture.
The role is truly generalist and requires someone who has worked for a start-up business, who is happy to research and investigate labour laws, how best to approach a new country hire or a new piece of policy and how to create performance plans to mirror the corporate strategy.
