Responsibilities: Handle both contentious and non-contentious transactional restructuring and insolvency matters.
Advise on restructuring strategies.
Draft and review legal documents.
Represent clients in court.
Collaborate with financial advisors and regulatory authorities.
Provide exceptional levels of client care.
Qualifications: 3-8 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supervising junior members is advantageous.
