This newly formed role will be the 'go to' for all aspects of ID&E across Oasis. It will:
Lead on the development of an ID&E strategy that aligns with Oasis vision and values and Chair the Oasis-wide ID&E Strategy Group.Be the engine room for the creation, review and maintenance of policies related to ID&E and the design and delivery of training programmes that raise awareness across the organisation.Be the focal point for the provision of expert guidance to staff, community members, volunteers, students, parents and carers as well as identifying and fostering key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead on ensuring accessible and inclusive practices prevail and that we excel at ensuring reasonable adjustments are in place wherever necessary.Keep up to date with latest thinking and legislation and continually seek to improve all aspects of our offering.ID&E is a continually evolving position that requires careful navigation, understanding and application and the person we seek will bring the ability to turn passion and belief into effective workable practices.
