Incentives Paralegal – LiverpoolLeading UK law firm housed in a stunning office location in central Liverpool is hiring a paralegal to join the Incentives and Operations team, working with Partners, Associates and the Knowledge team.Stunning office locationGenerous salary and exceptional benefitsHybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)Incentives Paralegal Key Responsibilities:Working alongside Partners, Associates, Knowledge Lawyers, Trainees and fellow Paralegals, to act as key team player using your own initiative and organisational skills to meet key deadlinesAssisting with advisory work for companies on setting up equity incentive plans whether in the UK or internationally and transactional work alongside the corporate teamsSupporting the team on this work and the role will also include certain filings on the HMRC PAYE site for employment-related securitiesGeneral administrative support to the Partners and Associates in the teamIncentives Paralegal Key Skills and Requirements:Educated at degree level (2:1 and above) or have previous paralegal experienceExceptional attention to detail, numeracy and Microsoft office skillsExcellent communication and organisation skills.
