Are you an experienced transactional Paralegal looking to advance your career in a dynamic, top-tier European private equity firm?
With an impressive €170 billion assets under management, our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their London team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role: This In-House Paralegal position combines legal expertise with corporate governance, supporting the firm's investment and corporate operations.
You will play a crucial role in supporting senior stakeholders on complex, high-profile transactions and key investment committee matters.
Responsibilities Conduct legal research and due diligence for complex deals Prepare and file documentation with Companies House Draft documents such as SPAs, NDAs, and other key transaction documentation Arrange and coordinate investment committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and memorandums Report on fund structuring and oversee corporate governance standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support across legal and governance functions About you: 2+ years of transactional (corporate/M&A or private equity) and corporate governance experience as a Paralegal Proven experience in arranging, attending, and minuting committee meetings is essential Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and excellent organisational capabilities In return: In return, the successful In-House Paralegal can look forward to joining a prestigious firm to work on high-profile deals in a culture that values professional growth and a proactive mindset.
You'll receive a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
