Main DutiesKey responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:
New fund formationInvestment advisory, distribution and brokerage agreementsFund regulatory advisory (EMIR, MiFID, UCITS, AIFMD)Your Profile3-7 years PQE in a recognised private practice Funds TeamTrack record of fund formation, negotiation of investment mandates and side lettersEuropean and US regulated funds and securities knowledge1-2 years' experience in-house would be highly desirableFor more information about this position, please get in touch with Octavian Donnelly.
