Our client is a multi-disciplined consulting practice assisting entrepreneurial businesses and private clients by delivering an end-to-end solution throughout their business journey.
They craft client solutions using its in-house team of highly skilled consultants with a diverse range of expertise within International Taxation, Company Accounting, Digital Marketing, IT Strategy, Business Advisory, Legal Services and Financial services, ensuring a joined-up approach and seamless client experience.
They are now looking to add to the in-house legal team and are looking for an in-house Commercial Solicitor to assist and advise across a wide range of commercial, technology, compliance, corporate and employment matters.
Ideally you will be circa 3 years PQE and have experience in advising clients and internal stakeholders across the range of commercial contracts, either gained within an in-house or private practice environment.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage legal documentation.Conduct legal research.Liaise with clients/stakeholders and relevant parties.Conduct negotiations to reach desired outcomes.Delegate and outsource work when appropriate.Manage several matters concurrently.Take pragmatic decisions on legal risk.Desired Skills and ExperienceUK-qualified lawyer with over 5 years of experience (ideally 3+ PQE)Excellent drafting skills.Good attention to detail and sound judgement.In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
