Your role will include: Proactive in recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts promptly.
Administer performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and professional development programs.
Manage compensation and benefits Process of Payroll Advise management on HR best practices and organisational changes.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Oversee the HR department by providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualified or in process Experience of working in hospitality Strong knowledge of employment law, practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software (i.e Fourth Hospitality).
Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data and reporting.
