Lead HR South London Independent School Up to £52,000 + benefits (including free use of gym, discounted medical insurance, reduced fees for your child if applicable and more) 4-5 days/week on site 12 month contract from January 2025 initially with chance to extend to permanent Experience in an education setting is a plus but not essential A truly remarkable independent day school with a fantastic reputation for education excellence is growing and developing.
They therefore, have a newly created role to help the established and highly competent HR and Operations teams with change management, up skilling, mentoring and advising and employee relations.
You'll need to be CIPD qualified and demonstrate experience and capability with handing a range of HR functions and working as part of a team.
You'll help with the roll out of a new HR Management system and overall growth and development strategies.
You'll need to be a confident generalist, able to work at a fast pace as required and across the full spectrum of documentation, policy, employee relations, staff training and processes.
