Human Resources Coordinator

I am currently looking for a Part-time HR Coordinator for a premium hotel in central London This is a 24-hour contract, ideally 3 days a week, 9am – 5:30pm.
This is a site-based role.
£14.50 per hour Tronc.

Key Responsibilities: To take ownership and ensure the HR systems are constantly maintained with updated information To arrange and assist in maintaining company training requirements.
To manage and action daily HR administration tasks To ensure that all uniforms are ordered and supplied correctly to new employees and the correct process is completed for the return of uniform.
Supporting in the organisation of monthly team events and awards Processing new employee and leaver documentation and issuing contractual amendments To assist in maintaining notice boards / e-boards with up-to-date team information Support with diarising probation reviews Conduct thorough reports and audits for HR purposes Assist with issuing supportive documentation to team Assist with note taking and acting as HR representative in meetings a required
