Human Resources Coordinator

HAIL Partners are excited to be working with a boutique, hugely ambitious hedge fund who are looking for a driven, high achieving Human Resources Coordinator.
This role will be number 2 in the HR team, reporting and working in tandem with the impressive Human Resources Manager.
Supporting on the full employee lifecycle General HR administration Recruitment & Selection Onboarding Performance Management Compliance This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious Human Resources professional seeking comprehensive exposure to the full HR lifecycle.
The successful candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn, with a genuine passion for working in private equity / hedge funds.
