People Business Partner – Multi-site London based (hybrid working) – with travel to other sites £50,000 plus bonus and benefits A People BP is wanted permanently by a global client of ours who are continuously growing.
The successful candidate will provide a professional strategic and operational People service by developing and implementing solutions tailored to achieve the overall Business and People Plan.
This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £50,000 (dependent upon experience and qualifications) plus bonus, and benefits.
Overview of the People BP role: Act as a true business partner to a designated number of teams within the business and ultimately, support Line Managers to create value through their people.
Be responsible for a number of strategic areas of People in terms of leading the initiatives in these areas and co-ordinating across the other People BPs to ensure a consistent approach.
Support the People Lead to achieve the People team's strategic objectives.
Work with the People Lead to ensure that all People policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice.
Key skills and qualifications required for the People BP role: Possess a relevant qualification (e.g.
CIPD Level 5) or substantial relevant experience.
Prior experience working in a multi-site company with an ability to build relationships, both internally and externally across different sites.
Proven ability to build rapport with a variety of different stakeholders.
