Overview As part of the People Team, the HR Business Partner is a fast-paced role providing a varied and dynamic people service to the business.
This is a highly visible, operational HR role, delivering People team initiatives and strategies that underpin our company objectives.
The HR Business Partner will ensure the company's values and goals are at the heart of everything they do, whilst business partnering effectively with others across the business to ensure a great co-member experience.
Key responsibilities Contribute towards the delivery of People team initiatives through effective project management Manage and coordinate employee relations, oversee the implementation of robust talent management processes and provide insights through data to make informed recommendations Lead and advocate for inclusion and belonging initiatives across the business Supported by the Group Compliance team, act as Reed.co.uk's point of contact for compliance queries, updates, processes and documentation Support the creation and implementation of policies, processes and procedures Build trusted relationships with co-members, stakeholders and senior leaders, investigating issues when raised, and providing pragmatic advice which is aligned to company policies and processes Support onboarding, offboarding and recruitment processes as required Skills and experience Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), and a confident presenter Highly organised and IT literate, with proven ability to meet deadlines Effective multitasker, who takes a flexible and agile approach to workload, and is able to prioritise as required to ensure work remains relevant and on track Strong attention to detail is critical due to the nature of the work Curious and analytical, seeking to understand problems, gain insights and with the ability to handle and present data effectively to a range of audiences Business-focused and commercially aware, supporting their ability to identify options, weigh up benefits and risks, and make informed and pragmatic recommendations Fully CIPD qualified (or equivalent), or currently working towards attaining this qualification Experience of Workday utilisation and configuration is highly desirable Benefits Flexible working as standard (including hybrid working) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Flexible holiday scheme Paid time off to move home Contributory pension scheme Enhanced family leave benefits Insurance benefits including life assurance Love Mondays events Discount scheme including gyms and popular retailers Range of wellbeing and mental health support avenues Newly refurbished office in a fantastic location, with countless bars, restaurants and theatres right on the doorstep
