Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with senior leadership in the UK and US, primarily supporting the Value & Risk Advisory UK and Capital Markets teams, consisting of approximately 230 employees. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business objectives with employee and management needs, providing expert HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategies.
This role will also focus on high-level HR responsibilities, such as managing complex employee relations, developing solutions to business trends, and contributing to key projects like talent reviews and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly meetings with business units to address HR concerns and provide strategic guidance.Consult with line management on HR-related issues, performance management, and employee development.Resolve complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to HR management, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.Provide HR policy guidance and contribute to contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.Support international employees with HR matters related to expatriate assignments.Partner with the legal team on employee relations and compliance matters.Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and team restructures.Identify and monitor training and development programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives.Provide HR support on relocation, visa issues, and business restructuring when needed.Candidate Profile: Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong preference for candidates from the commercial real estate sector.Proven ability to work with senior leadership and guide strategic HR decisions.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.Strong understanding of UK employment laws and compliance requirements.HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) or a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business is highly desirable.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle a fast-paced workload.Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with some flexibility in working hours (start from 8 am onwards).Hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.Occasional travel may be required to other offices within the region.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please contact Sam Lee on 020 3757 5000 or email ******.
