The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for working strategically with the Senior Management Team in Watchfinder to ensure delivery of the agreed strategy and general operational excellence across all regions. This includes, but is not limited to succession planning, talent management, change management, organisational and performance management, learning and development, attraction, retention, and compensation. Providing generalist HR expertise which partners with the business to deliver the full range of HR services. This role also works in close collaboration with the Richemont HQ, to ensure the seamless delivery of global projects and excellent service levels for the global population.
We are on the search for a HR Business Partner to join our central team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity to join an engaging team of HR Experts and work cross functionally across our manufacturing, operations and growth teams. This role will be based at our HQ in Kent (Kings Hill) and ideally, we're looking for someone to join us in January/February 2025.
How will you make an impact? Act as Key strategic business partner to your client group, providing advice and support on the full HR cyclical activities. Including, recommending, and implementing HR strategy, policies and objectives which effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategy vision. Ensure operational excellence in employee relations practices across all regions that are necessary to establish a positive company-employee relationship and promote a high level of performance and employee engagement. Work cross functionally with the Heads of Human Resources in each region to identify legal and statutory regulations and embed the Watchfinder culture locally. Take the lead with your stakeholders to evaluate structure, job design, and resource forecasting. Be responsible for the delivery of performance management initiatives across your organisations, including annual performance reviews, succession planning and compensation reviews. Work closely with HR SMEs to define strategic recruiting and retention plans that meet the strategic goals of the organisations. Ensuring that these are cascaded across associated markets. How will you experience success with us? An experienced HR Business partner with a drive for excellence and creating positive experiences for people. Proven to have developed and managed excellent client/stakeholder relationships. Confidently engage and influence senior level stakeholders. An excellent communicator – both on an individual and group basis, with examples of having managed/delivered complex and difficult messages. Experienced in leading on complex ER cases. Able to operate and work within a fast paced and dynamic environment – with examples of having shown resilience and positivity. Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Matrix Master: Comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple priorities.
