About this roleAlphaSights is looking for an ambitious Human Resources Associate to join our Human Resources function.
Based in our London office, you will deliver HR services to AlphaSights' teams across our EMEA region (London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal), supporting an employee headcount of 600+.
We are looking for a versatile self-starter who is excited about partnering with business leaders to achieve our operational and talent goals.
This individual will be responsible for running daily HR operations, but also involved in talent management cases.The Human Resources Team is dedicated to raising the standard of professionalism at AlphaSights and increasing employee engagement, and this role is a responsive and visible part of the team.
The role will require organisation, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive approach to managing various stakeholders.
What you'll doAs an Associate on the HR team, you will be sharing in the operational work of the London-based HR team including all aspects of the day-to-day employee lifecycle and contributing towards enhancing HR processes and practices to increase efficiency and impact.Core Responsibilities include: Develop an understanding of our business, processes and the teams you will be supportingSupport full-employee lifecycle including; on-boarding, off-boarding, talent reviews, talent performance and data, probations and retention initiativesSupport the HR Manager with underperformance and employee relations issues with good judgement and discretion Serve as a partner to managers and VPs, making data driven recommendations for improvements around performance, engagement, and retentionCreate and deliver HR training for managers in London, Hamburg and Dubai, coaching on local employment regulations and practises Collaborate with the global HR team to roll out coordinated initiatives to help improve talent management processes at AlphaSightsLiaise and work alongside with cross-functional teams within the business where necessary (Finance, Legal, Marketing)Build relationships and trust with leaders, managers, and individual contributors across the businessMaintain strict confidentiality at all times to ensure trust in the organisation and the Human Resources functionTake ownership of specific projects or initiatives as directed by the HR Manager Requirements 2-3 years of experience working in Human Resources roles in a fast-paced, high pressured environments (experience in scale-up organisations, banking or consulting sector is ideal) Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
CIPD Level 5 is desirable for this role.

You can expect a great working environment and regular events such as Summer and Christmas parties, social and cultural events.This role will be an integral part of the AlphaSights HR team, while the core of the role is operational and tactical in nature, there is room for this candidate to grow into more strategic responsibilities.
These would include working closely to advise key internal stakeholders and the European Leadership team and developing internal policies.
