Human Resource and Recruitment Officer (Maternity Cover) The Berkeley & The Emory A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Human Resources and Recruitment Officer (Maternity cover) to join the award-winning HR team at The Berkeley hotel and The Emory hotel.

Situated on Knightsbridge and overlooking Hyde Park , The Emory presents 61 contemporary suites set over nine floors.
As a Human Resources & Recruitment Officer you will be passionate about people and be an excellent and confident communicator providing service to approximately 580 team members.
You will be a great team player, highly personable and take a proactive approach to your role.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Provide a comprehensive and confidential Human Resources support to all Berkeley and Emory employees.
Manage and oversee the full recruitment cycle byscreening candidates, arranging and conducting interviews and dealing with generalinquiresrelating to vacancies in a timely manner.
Represent the Human Resources department and assist with disciplinary and grievance investigations.
Manage the new starter process, including all required paperwork, documentation and candidate referencing, and ensuring new team members are welcomed with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with the management of HR administration processes, including maintaining accurate records, filing and producing reports.
Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times.
Experience within an HR role in a fast-paced environment is desired for this position with strong working skills in MS Office, including Excel is essential.
Previous 5-star hospitality experience is beneficial.
