Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive HR Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, ensuring a seamless experience for all staff.
Payroll & Finance Coordination: Update monthly payroll for the UK, manage private medical scheme invoices, and handle pension queries with finance.
Document Management: Create employee reference letters, oversee document storage, and manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
Leadership Collaboration: Conduct regular meetings with Managing Directors and the Senior Leadership team to tackle HR challenges and provide strategic advice.
Employee Relations: Assist managers with disciplinaries, grievances, and employee complaints, ensuring compliance with UK laws.
Absence Management: Record all leave, manage absences, and coach managers through BambooHR (HRIS).
Offboarding Processes: Manage exit interviews, update payroll, and ensure all offboarding steps are completed for both UK and India leavers.
