Key Responsibilities: Primary Contact for Immigration: Act as the primary point of contact for immigration-related inquiries, guiding employees through visa and work permit application processes and providing updates on compliance requirements.
International Travel Management: Oversee international business travel requests, including visa assessments and adherence to posted worker regulations, and provide general travel support.
Process Development and Documentation: Create and improve process flows and guidance documents to increase efficiency and consistency across mobility processes.
Cost Estimates and Briefing Calls: Prepare detailed cost estimates for incoming and outgoing assignments and conduct briefing calls to ensure employees are well-informed about their relocation.
Policy Development and Improvement: Assist in the development and enhancement of global mobility policies to streamline processes and improve the client experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams across EMEA and APAC regions to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall client experience for international assignments.
Policy and Compensation Guidance: Provide expert guidance to managers and HR teams on interpreting global mobility policies and best practices in compensation for international assignments.
External Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external suppliers, including legal advisors, relocation services, and accommodation providers, to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Client Satisfaction: Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and improve satisfaction levels throughout the lifecycle of international assignments.
Case Management and Record Maintenance: Manage a high volume of cases and ensure the accuracy of records related to relocation, immigration, and tax requirements.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience in global mobility or a related field with an emphasis on international assignments and immigration.
Strong knowledge of global mobility policies, cost estimation, and compliance requirements.
Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of cases.
