Main duties of the job To supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants To support the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient 'front of house' service to the HR and OD Department.
To support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust's recruitment service.
To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI and Health and Wellbeing team/s.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential NVQ qualification or equivalent and/or with equivalent level of relevant experience Experience Essential Experience of working within a recruitment service environment or team Experience of working in a customer services environment Experience of working to deadline and delivering results Desirable Experience of using e-recruitment systems (TRAC/Networx or other) Experience of recruitment and selection processes Knowledge and experience of working in a HR and/or OD role Skills Essential Knowledge of HR processes and procedures and the ability to learn new processes Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
