A fantastic new opportunity for a HR Advisor to support a fantastic company within the hospitality industry.
Location : Work from home with weekly travel required to each site.
The sites are mainly in London and some further afield in Hertfordshire.
(Ideal location North London) HR Advisor basic salary : Up to £45,000 Benefits/Package : All travel costs covered, Mileage, working 39 weeks a year opposed to 52 weeks, holidays to be taken during school holidays (flexible), Well being Support, Life Insurance, Company Pension HR Advisor Key Responsibilities: * Developing and implementing an effective people and resource plan across the business.
* Working with the HR Manager and Operations team to monitor and manage employee relations issues including investigation, grievance, absence and disciplinary procedures.
* Maintaining HR activity records, identifying trends of underperformance or high levels of employee relations and develop an action plan.
* Identifying and delivering training and development interventions as required.
* Leading on employee engagement and supporting managers to identify and implement actions for improvement.
* Working within the face of the business at least 3-4 days per week, with 1-2 days supporting remotely * Developing and coaching line management to be effective and confident in the delivery of organisational people processes and procedures.
* Supporting the Operations teams in TUPE/client discussions, ensuring the best employee experience for new employees throughout transition.
* Effectively use organisational HR KPI's to inform and support decisions which impact and improve business performance.
HR Advisor Requirements: * Previous HR experience, applying HR practices pragmatically and efficiently * A vibrant and engaging style with the ability to work to a fast pace with high energy * Credibility within their people and team leadership profile.
* The knowledge and practical experience of people management processes and procedures including performance management, training and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee relations.
* Knowledge and experience of TUPE.
* A self-starter profile - someone who loves to make things happen * Sound listening skills, offering robust advice and guidance.
* The ability to travel between sites to accommodate business needs.
Ideally be able to drive.
