Job Description Join Our Team as an HR Advisor (ER) at Comex 2000!
Are you a passionate HR professional with a knack for resolving complex employee relations issues?

Comex 2000 is seeking a talented HR Advisor (ER) to join our team.
What You'll Do: Strategic HR Partner: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across multiple sites in London.
However, you will support nationally where required.
Employee Relations Specialist: Handle a wide range of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and employment tribunals.
Employee Life Cycle Management: Guide managers through the entire employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Talent Development: Coach and mentor managers on people management best practices, ensuring they are equipped to lead effective teams.
Compliance Champion: Stay up to date with employment law and ensure our HR policies and procedures are compliant and aligned with business objectives.
Project Management: Contribute to HR projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality results.
Relationship Builder: Foster strong relationships with managers and employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilise HR data to identify trends, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
