Known for their expertise in social housing law, the firm advises Registered Providers (RPs), local authorities, and private landlords.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a top-tier firm in a key role, managing a variety of housing and leasehold management and property litigation cases.
Key Responsibilities Caseload Management: Handle a diverse caseload including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, and FTT cases.
Client Interaction: Manage client expectations, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
Case Support: Collaborate with partners on complex cases and support junior staff.
Business Development: Participate in marketing and client training activities.
Requirements Experience: 5+ years PQE in housing, leasehold management, or property litigation.
Skills: Strong case management, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Tech Proficiency: Competent in Word, Excel, and relevant case management tools.
