Role responsibilities: Collaborate with teachers and support staff to enhance learning in the classroom Support students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and social, emotional and mental health challenges Deliver core subject interventions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis Assist students with their academic progress and emotional wellbeing Effectively manage classroom behaviour Lead classes during PPA cover, delivering pre-planned lessons You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that works together to handle challenging situations.
A calm, patient and positive approach is essential.
